Gen2 Hardware Unit – Site Ordering Guide

Overview for Project Managers This is the Gen2 hardware unit required for new site deployments and upgrades. Because site requirements vary based on security and point-of-sale infrastructure, this unit is modular.

Before placing your order, you must verify the specific requirements for your target site:

1. Access Control (HID): Does this site require integrated HID capabilities?

2. Payment Processing: What type of payment reader does the site's setup require (VP5300, MSR, or no reader)?

Site Configuration & SKU Matrix Please cross-reference your site's technical requirements with the table below to ensure you select the correct Model/SKU for your order. Ordering the incorrect configuration may result in site deployment delays.

While this machine is Intercom Ready, the intercom is not included and must be ordered separately.

For Umojo units, use part 99-21-0038.

For Commend or Help Me Parker, please place an order under the Misc. Equipment section within the Non-Inventory Ordering category.

The intercom programming grid is for UMOJO only!

If Umojo intercoms are needed please make sure to fill the Parkonect Umojo Intercom Programming Grid out. If there is any information missing Umojo will not configure the cards, which means the cards will be shipped unconfigured and will need to be configured on site.
